What we do

• Run a free suitability check for homeowners in England and Wales considering solar.
• Call you to confirm your answers and explain how the process works.
• With your agreement, arrange a no-obligation consultation with a selected installation partner who we identify to you first.

What we don't do

• We don't install solar panels or battery storage.
• We don't carry out surveys, system design or quotations.
• We don't provide finance, credit or financial advice.
• We don't quote savings figures - that's for a partner consultation.
• We don't pass your details to a partner until you agree to the introduction.

Installation partners

Installation partners are separate businesses responsible for their own surveys, quotations and installations. We require the installation partners we work with to be MCS certified, RECC members and TrustMark registered. Solar Sidekick itself is not an installer and does not hold those registrations.

How we're paid

Solar Sidekick may receive a fee from an installation partner when a customer attends an arranged consultation or goes ahead with an installation. This does not increase the price paid by the customer.
